Dr. Christine Borgman presented at ASIS&T 2016 the latest conference paper of the Knowledge Infrastructures team: The Durability and Fragility of Knowledge Infrastructures: Lessons Learned from Astronomy. In her presentation, Professor Borgman summarized the results of a continuous observation and analysis of knowledge infrastructures in astronomy. Dr. Borgman gives a presentation at Michigan State University

On October 5, 2016, Professor Christine Borgman gave a seminar presentation at the Quello Center on Media, Communication, and Information Policy, Michigan State University. In her lecture Motivations for Sharing and Reusing Data: Complexities and Contradictions in the Use of a Digital Data Archive, Dr. Borgman presented preliminary results from our CKI analysis of digital data archives and more specifically, Data Archiving and Networked Services (DANS) in the Netherlands.
